Mirvac approached us to produce a film and renders that stood out as “a cut above” – a brand film with highly stylized imagery for their long-anticipated tower in Melbourne’s Docklands.
Taking the building’s name, a specific cut of diamond as inspiration, our approach was a treatise on time, rarity, evolution, and elevation, celebrating the elevated level of high-end amenity included in the building, and fusing fashion-informed talent footage with time-lapsed interior renders to showcase each level of luxury.
