Flood Studio has realised a new suite of visuals for developer Gurner, offering the first look at Saint Haven, a luxury wellness club set to open in North Sydney in early 2026. The flagship venue—expected to be the brand’s largest to date—will occupy 123 Walker Street, spanning roughly 3,000 square metres across six storeys.
Positioned to introduce a level of holistic, design-driven wellbeing not previously seen on the Lower North Shore, Saint Haven is poised to become a landmark addition to the area’s growing premium lifestyle sector. The club is expected to feature an array of high-end health, fitness, and relaxation amenities, with the newly released visuals highlighting a strong focus on sophisticated architecture and immersive interior design.
