Charter Hall Group has marked a key milestone in its $1.8 billion Chifley South development, with construction now rising above ground in Sydney’s CBD super-core precinct.
Set for completion in mid-2027, the tower will accommodate around 10,000 workers and host tenants including UBS, Morgan Stanley, Gilbert + Tobin and Charter Hall itself.
Once finished, the Chifley precinct – uniting the existing Chifley North tower with the new South tower – will be valued at about $4 billion. Backed by major investors GIC, VFMC and TelstraSuper, it will be Charter Hall’s largest asset, spanning ~110,000sqm of office space.
Beyond scale, the redevelopment will deliver new lobbies, enhanced tenant amenities and a retail precinct designed to activate Chifley Square, all supported by strong public transport and wellness offerings.
Flood Studio is proud to have partnered with Charter Hall in this journey in producing stills and films to both document and market this milestone project.
